Information we collect

• Account details. Your email address (and name, if you provide one) used to sign in and contact you.
• Trip intent. The travel windows, destinations, budgets, and preferences you submit.
• Calendar data. If you choose to connect a calendar, we read availability to suggest trip windows. We do not store event details beyond what you submit as a trip intent.
• Hotel account details. For hotel users: property name, location, room and pricing information, and the offers you send.
• Usage data. Basic technical logs (device, browser, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To match traveler trip intent with relevant hotels and deliver booking offers.
• To send you offer alerts, account notifications, and sign-in links.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we share it

When you submit a trip intent, relevant details (such as your travel window, destination, and budget) are shared with hotels so they can decide whether to send you an offer. When you accept an offer, your first name is shared with that hotel to complete the booking. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run Unscheduled: Supabase (database, authentication), Google (optional sign-in and calendar sync), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (website hosting). These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

You can access, correct, or delete your information, disconnect a connected calendar, or close your account by contacting us at dave@gounscheduled.com.
